Enroute had years of legacy in the Indian travel sector but no digital home that captured their differentiator: bespoke trip planning. Rigid pre-made package sites were losing customers who wanted flexibility; fully custom enquiry forms were too slow. They needed a platform that let travellers feel in control of their itinerary without abandoning the trust of a guided experience.
Our approach
We positioned an interactive trip planner as the hero experience — not a contact form. Curated budget-friendly packages were catalogued alongside fully tailor-made options, with a unified enquiry flow capturing intent (solo / couple / family / group), budget tier, and preferred activities. The sales team got qualified, structured leads instead of vague free-text enquiries.
Audience-specific landing flows let solo travellers, couples, families, and groups self-select. Each path surfaces the right destinations, the right budget bands, and the right tone. Mobile-first design throughout — most Indian travel research starts on a phone.
